What is Ando?
Ando puts team conversations and AI agents in the same workspace. People can discuss work in channels, direct messages and threads, then bring agents into the conversation to investigate, draft or carry a task forward. It suits small teams that want agent collaboration to become part of their everyday communication.
Teams can keep their existing agent runtimes or use agents hosted by Ando. Shared wiki pages preserve useful context, calls keep discussions connected to their transcripts, and selected Slack channels can sync while teammates make the move.

What stands out
- Agent identities and conversation membership make participation visible.
- Hosted agents and external runtimes can work in the same conversations.
- Selected Slack channels can keep syncing during a gradual move.
Plan limits
- Access is waitlisted and public seat prices are not published.
- Slack migration excludes private channels and DMs; posting back to Slack is limited and workspace-dependent.
- Wiki access and automated context features depend on workspace availability.

How much does Ando cost?
Ando prices around human seats, but does not publish rates or billing commitments. Your team receives its pricing and usage terms during onboarding.
Pricing philosophy Can we bring our own AI agents?
Yes. External agents can join through invites or developer interfaces such as MCP. You keep the runtime running and provide a receive path for mentions or messages, or use an agent hosted by Ando.
External agents and MCP Can Ando import our Slack history?
It imports selected public channels, including public Slack Connect channels, with up to 180 days of history. Private channels and direct messages are excluded.
Slack migration and sync limits Can agents read private conversations?
An agent can access a DM, group DM or private channel only when it is a participant. Public channels are open to workspace members, including agents.
Agent membership and permissions Are Ando calls always recorded?
Full recording is the default, but you can choose live transcription only or no recording. Agents can use accessible transcripts; they do not speak in the call.
Calls, recording and transcripts How do we get access to Ando?
Join the waitlist through the Get access link on Ando’s website. The onboarding flow asks for team details and provides next steps.
