Your data, explained.

Shortlists: saved in your browser’s local storage. You can clear the selection in the directory or shortlist page. We do not send your shortlist to vendors.

Submissions: review, listing, and data-request forms store the details you enter, your consent, a reference, a status, and processing times in our private submission database. Email is used for verification and handling your request. It is not included in public review exports.

Publication: only manually approved customer reviews are exported to public content. Your display name, role, rating, review text, incentive disclosure, and verification date may appear. Vendor requests do not grant access or publish automatically.

Operation: submissions are kept while they are being processed and as needed to maintain their verification record. Site operators process correction, withdrawal, and deletion requests after identity checks. Server hosting may maintain operational access logs. Rate limiting temporarily uses the connection address; the application does not persist it in the submission database.

Analytics: public production pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and site usage. Google’s tag can use cookies and send usage information to Google. We do not add form contents, email addresses or account identifiers to analytics events.

External content: vendor links take you to other sites. Some example profile images load from external image providers. We do not currently run advertising trackers, sell identifiable buyer activity, or send marketing email from these forms.
